Novtrq Concrete is a referral service. That is all. We are not a concrete company. We do not own trucks, forms or finishing tools.
Why This Site Exists
Finding a good concrete provider is hard. Homeowners get stuck comparing ads. We built a simple front door. You describe the job. We route it to an independent provider in our network.
What Kinds of Jobs Come In
Requests usually involve new driveways, stamped concrete, patios, walkways and slab replacements. If your project is something else, say so in your request. We will try to match it with a provider in our network who handles that kind of work.
Who Does the Work
Independent local providers do the work. They are separate businesses. They run their own crews, set their own prices and write their own quotes. Your contract is with the provider, not with us.
How Requests Are Routed
You send a request or place a call. We look at the service you want and the town you live in. Then we pass your details to a provider in our network who covers that area. Phone calls are routed the same way. Availability varies by provider, so we never promise a specific response time.
What We Ask of Providers
We ask providers to be honest about scope and price. We ask them to give written quotes. We ask them to respond politely to homeowners. Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and permits where required. Ask to see them.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not pour, cut, stamp or seal concrete.
- We do not set the price of your job.
- We do not back a provider's work with a warranty of our own.
- We do not handle repair or warranty calls.
If you need help with a past job, contact the provider who did it.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay us for referrals. You do not pay us to send a request. You pay the provider you hire, under the terms in your quote.
Care Tips After the Pour
New concrete needs a little care. Keep heavy loads off for the time your provider advises. Seal it on schedule. Keep water moving away from the slab. Go easy on de-icing salts in the first winter. Ask your provider for exact timing.
