How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Novtrq Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Novtrq Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. But be clear on this: Novtrq Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@novtrq.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Not Happy With the Answer?
Reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
