Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Novtrq Concrete wants novtrq.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This page shows how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
We try to:
- Use clear headings in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Let visitors use the whole site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time. When we find a problem, we work to fix it.
Need Another Way In?
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@novtrq.living, and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What Broke
We welcome your feedback. Email contact@novtrq.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive tool, if you know it
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Never Done
Accessibility is ongoing work. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
Tell us what happened
Tell us about your driveway or patio project. Request an estimate and a local provider in our network will follow up. No obligation.
